Shipping goods around the world involves a wide variety of temperature and humidity variation. Particularly the journeys across the equator. Shipping containers are exposed to all of the elements. The goods inside need to be able to withstand the wide ranges of conditions. This has implications for the way goods are packed and the type of container chosen. It is not unusual for us to ship some rubber and plastic products in refrigerated containers from china to the EU during the summer months. The following study is one of the most comprehensive yet into the range of conditions experienced inside a container. If anyone has any questions then please let MotionTouch know.
